Key Responsibilities :
- Employee will be resposible for the supervision of production department on 3rd shift including setters, forklift drivers, and press operators employees.
- They manage their respective areas to ensure safety, quality and delivery of parts through the plant.
Qualifications and Experience :
- 3-5 years previous supervisory experience preferably in automotive.
- Prior experience in Lean / 5S / Kaizan
